I recently came across an image (probably AI hemerated) talking about the lies and truths about eggs, and it got me thinking about how many lies people have been fed about food that has seriously damaged their health. I grew up drinking whole milk and using read butter, but kept seeing all those people avoiding fat. Whenever I saw "fat free yogurt", I'd feel almost scared, because I thought the reason yogurt was thick was because of the milk fat, kinda like heavy cream, so what the heck did they do the the yogurt to keep the thickness after removing the fat!? 😬 So, on that image I saw, it mentioned that some people believe the lie that egg yolk is extra fat and that's why they don't eat it, but the truth is that that's where most of the nutrition actually is. I didn't know that's why some people have avoided egg yolks, and I'm appalled by this lie yet again! Fat isn't bad, it just breaks down differently, so if you eat a bunch of carbs with it, the body breaks down the carbs first and then triggers hunger feelings to get more easy carbs instead of breaking down the fat.

We need a bigger inverter, cause when it's over 100f and we need to turn off an AC to run the microwave, it's hot 😅

If someone thinks that putting all people together, so in 100 years they all have the same culture, and thus fighting will cease, have obviously not thought about how siblings who grow up in the same culture still fight, because they are still different so thinking that adding completely different core worldviews together who aren't even learning the same core values, how could that possibly be any better? Especially when a lot of those cultures are fine with or even promote killing those who are different than them 🤔😬

I put a prepackaged oatmeal pack in a clean cup and poured water on it and a larva floated up, as well as some former skins from it... NO! In this household, we do NOT "eat the bugz"! 🤢 I made eggs instead! I don't really trust the rest of those oatmeal packs now. 🥴

I've heard of singing in the shower, but now I have also heard screaming in the shower... Our son craved a new place to play, and wanted into the shower, then he stood holding the faucet and screamed at the top of his longues, happily... 🥴😅🤣👶

We got some mystery cookei dough today, so I'm making cookies. However, I didn't know how much they grew, so I started by making a test cookie. That one turned out fine, but then I removed like half the pre-cut dough and I just checked on them... I'm really glad I didn't try to bake them all at once!! 😬🤯🤣😅 At least I know they're super tasty thanks to my test cookie, and I know I'll bake the rest probably in two more batches instead of one... he.. he..

I've recently grown in being a mom. I now carry toys in my pocket whenever we leave the house. 😎🤣

We've been married for 4.5 years, and got into bitcoin shortly after we got married. Now we've reached the 2nd 4 year dip, but we're in a different financial position. 😔 Now is a great time to buy! But not just now as in today or this week, but more like now as in the next 3-6 months, since if it does keep going with 4 year cycles, it may never reach 60k again after this season. Bitcoin is not our savior, but it can be used to save our time at a later stage, like it did for us in the last cycle.

Our son just stood up without holding onto anything for the first time!!! 😱🥳😱🥳🥳😱👶 He pushed himself up with my leg, but then he was hands free for a full second before he tipped 😱🥳

I put 4 eggs in a glass thing and microwaved them without breaking the yolks. When they were done, I but them into 4 pieces, and somehow managed to cut inbetween all of the yolks! 😎🤣😎 yep, apparently I am that good 👩‍🍳

I washed my hair and a long legged spider crawled out of the drain... at first I thought it was just my hair but then I realized what it was 😱 I'm really glad I had something I could kill it with directly, or I would have splashed water all over the place as I had already rinsed my hair 😅🤣🤣

I got our son to walk with only holding one had today! 🥳 he's getting closer to walking on his own 😎 he's been walking with assistance since he was 3 months old, and now he's 10 months old, so it's time for some new challenges 🤣

So, I baked a potato in the microwave, and had it sitting on the counter while I had my son in my arms/sitting with his feet into the sink feeding him oatmeal... He snatched up the potato and took a bite! 🤣 I then got the bite out of his mouth and removed the skin, cause he doesn't have enough teeth yet to handle that 😅 but he got the potato part from inside it 😎 I guess he prefers a mixed diet, oats and potatoes 🤣

Emptied some of the black tank today... it was a shitty experience 😇🤣
