A bird landed on our roof, jumped around, walked around, and pecked on things and directly on the roof like it was knocking and wanting inside! Before 8am!!! We need a little turret on our roof that we can use remotely! πŸ˜‡πŸ˜ŽπŸ€£
Working on making some relatively easy images through Canva for the kids book I wrote years ago called ,"The cat stole my voice", but then my son woke up and crawled around me, and then my laptop ran out of power. What's for dinner?! πŸ˜…πŸ‘ΆπŸ€—
It used to be, "make sure to check with the person you're dating if they want kids and what their relationship is with debt before you marry them," they we added, "what do you think of Trump?" now you need to also add, "what do you think about the Lindsay Clancy trial?" The answer to the last is having men realize how insane the women they've been dating really are, and they are dodging bullets left and... well probably left...πŸ˜‡ 🀣 Some man just canceled his super expensive wedding like a month before it happened after his fiance responded, "who cares about the kids?" 😱 You got off cheap, man, you got off cheap!
If you have kids, please don't expose them in public. Kids are not supposed to dress "sexy" and show off their bodies. How you train them when they're young is how they'll probably act when they're older. My suggestion is to guide your daughters to pick a different word to dress like. Instead of sexy, how about elegant or pretty? I share this because I see far too many young girls with far too little clothes out in public, and I feel grieved. They're basically being groomed, and I'm not even sure the parents realize it!
Can we PLEASE be done with summer now?!?!?! 95f today and then two days of 100, and then more in the mid to high 90s. I long for the days of the 70s πŸ€—
Just watched a Sedish cartoon and I was seriously pleasantly impressed! Unlike "Chip & Dale" that hubby and I watched some time ago and were appalled at their rude bickering and cutting each other down, the Swedish "Bamse" is about the worlds strongest and kindest bear! His friends might bicker or be a bit rude, but he trains them in kindness. When the wolf had tried to steal something, Bamse went and collected him and then asked him to join them instead of giving him a beating, "No one has ever become kind from a beating" he said. And the wolf started by saying, "I get to join you guys? I've never been allowed to join anyone before!" Eh, yes, I'm okay with my kids watching this! πŸ€—
"It’s better to grow in love than to fall in love, as falling in love means it happens without commitment, whereas growing in love means that you’re doing something purposefully and intentionally, and together with the other person, instead of separately." - from How to Prepare Yourself for Marriage. I'm going through our book to create a workbook to go along with the book, and I came across this quite. I stand by it!
I'm glad our son has started feeding me , cause he stole my sandwich out of my hands, but then he put it in my face so I could have some! Ok, fine, I'll allow it for a little bit... Then I took it back and finished it. 🀀 He already had breakfast! And he got a few bites of his dads food, and a few of mine! He seems to be prepping for another growth spurt or something, cause he used to barely finish his own breakfast, and now he wants more than just that!
First my son woke up but I ignored him and my need to pee and he got quiet and I fell back asleep. Then he woke me up again and I couldn't ignore the 2 signals anymore. It was 4:59am, and took almost an hour before I put him back in his bed. Then cows came by and started mooing! For a while!!! Then our son woke up again around 7:35am... I haven't really had any issues with lack of sleep as a mom except the very beginning as I figured out feeding, and now πŸ™„πŸ€£
Our son is currently trying to eat mashed potatoes while holding the spoon himself and his dad supervising! So sweet to see! πŸ₯°πŸ‘Ά @LeviJohnson.net
It basically rained all night here, but more of a sprinkling type rain, so no flooding! I can definitely get on board for that kind of rson here! πŸ€—
Our son is now tall enough to hit the bottom of his dads desk with his head when he walked under it, can easily climb up on the big diaper boxes we used as blocks, and basically won over Bitcoin for reaching the moon 🀣🀣🀣 (ok fine, he's not that tall... yet!)
Hey, the 58k gang now has a new chance with BTC2 (or whatever it's called) πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ€£
So, that thing "when it's quiet, check on your kid!" Is real already at 1 years old! πŸ˜¬πŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ‘Ά
The pleasures of motherhood: Baby giggles, Baby smiles, Baby accomplishments, Baby snuggles, Baby fingers in my mouth, Baby finger in my nostril, Baby finger in my eye, Baby heal in my untensed stomach, Baby claws scratching my skin, Baby hands and feet tangled in my hair, Baby standing on my dress, Baby biting... fingers, toes, knees, shoulders, nose, anything really... (not very often, so extra unexpected!) Baby wanting all my food, Baby foot in my plate, Baby drool hitting my face, Baby poop on my hands, Baby pee all over the place (boy mom), Baby screeches right in my ear, Baby pushing me away, Baby crying for not being let into the toilet with me, Baby feeding me! πŸ₯° Yep, I wouldn't trade it for anything! Somethings maybe painful or gross, but getting to wake up and serve my son every morning is the best thing I know! (*being my hubby's wife is part of what makes it so great!) @LeviJohnson.net
I currently have 2 modes, freezing and too hot. I look forward to cooler outside temps!
