Small Batch Steve produces a unique home inspired BBQ seasoning blend in North Texas. This is a recipe developed in 2021 that started out as a brisket seasoning to give my six-time pregnant wife a way to maintain iron levels and incorporate red meat into her diet after developing a distaste for many prepared foods, eggs and other common seasonings following a C-19 infection. Well it's officially an #audible - turns out in the fog of battle the pellets my beautiful better half ended up bringing home were heating pellets, so oven style pulled pork it is! 🔥👌❤️
