Small Batch Steve produces a unique home inspired BBQ seasoning blend in North Texas. This is a recipe developed in 2021 that started out as a brisket seasoning to give my six-time pregnant wife a way to maintain iron levels and incorporate red meat into her diet after developing a distaste for many prepared foods, eggs and other common seasonings following a C-19 infection. It will make you say π₯OOH WEE!π₯
Test @ zap split is built in on amethyst. Hitting 'From Msg' does a pretty good job. Not sure how it works in practice but any zaps to this post will support these three awesome producers! π«‘π

Ran through an air fryer chuck roast cook as a demo - 300F the whole way about 3+ hrs and got it to the target 203F finishing temp. Removed and let it rest down before shredding. I did wrap it in foil towards the end to keep it from getting cooked around the edges. Very tasty!
Not the same as off of the pellet grill, but this is definitely workingπ₯πͺ

Even if things are tight, there is richness in life. Homemade popcorn popped in ghee are a good proof of work example. Put a little time and effort into preparing it, not burning it, etc and you get a very nice snack you can season and salt the way you like.
We make this a few times a week. My 9 year old has learned how to do it in a small pan with a lid π π Great way to enjoy some survival seasoning, or to create your own! πͺπ₯π
So @beejay did you have any notes on the bbq sauce you made up? Someone asked me and I was curious if what you make is a low or no sugar added version.
