For a near grill / smoker experience, an air fryer comes pretty close for small quantities. Best move so far has been to cover bird in olive oil , some salt and my seasoning and into the air fryer set for chicken.
Great for the whole chicken when on sale.
Pellet grills are nothing to take lightly. If it's not burning clean it's not going to be a good time. Start up is important to get right. π₯

I mixed about how half of a honey bear of Texas honey, some apple cider cider vinegar and a couple tablespoons of my seasoning and have some chicken breasts chilling in that for today for some hot honey chickenπ
Was able to stock up on sale chuck roast for the first time in a while and some sausages that were a dollar per package at sprouts. And a whole chicken on sale for the lady we can name. Will freeze some and use most.
