๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒŠ #22: Bilateral breathing does not mean you have to breathe to both sides, every 3rd stroke. Breathing every 3rd stroke consumes too much oxygen. Bilateral breathing means that you know how to breathe to both sides if the circumstances require it.
