I can't tell if this is an unpopular opinion, but I think murder is worse than most sex crimes, and it seems especially bad to have an associate killed in jail to cover up any crimes. If Epstein's brother isn't plain lying about what he knows, then I think it's very fair for him to be less focused on Epstein's crimes than investigating if Epstein was murdered and who was involved. Even aside from that being his brother.
