TLDR: I'm thankful for all you nerds out there making it so I can accept lightning payments with ease. 🫂💜 Hard truths not many will admit: LN in its current state is completely useless for regular people. The fact that you need to spend money, in order to receive money, is completely counterintuitive. Requiring people to understand channels, liquidity, rebalancing, and node management for basic everyday payments, is absurd. Money tied up in non working configurations with no easy escape is borderline predatory towards new users. Technology should serve humans, not require them to be network engineers. The baseline average LN experience: Set up Lightning expecting "fast, cheap payments". Hit walls like liquidity traps. Get confused by technical jargon. End up with locked funds and regret.

Honestly, the LN doesn't need to be this complicated... or expensive.

If 115k holds well see 118k-120k today.
