Had the pleasure of restoring this 31x18 window originally made in the 1910’s! Luckily most of the glass was in great condition, but the window needed an entirely new leaded frame. I took apart the window, threw out the lead and started from scratch re-leading Loved getting more practice with those deeper curved lines. Joints have been soldered, and the panel cemented Now we wait a few days for the cement to harden before a final clean and polish In the meantime I’ll be restoring the wooden frame for this window, and adding in clear pane of glass to double insulate for when the stained glass is installed #gm #grownostr #art #artstr #build #craft

I think film photography is the best starting point for anyone wanting to flex their creative muscles more With film you have a limited amount of shots so you have to be extremely selective It moves you back into the analog world momentarily to let you silence your mind more and be intensely present It also helps show patterns of certain things in which you find meditative and enjoyable to look at.
