I’m not a doomsday kind of guy but if your work is behind a computer screen, and you’re not a more senior worker, I feel you better start working on how you’ll provide value away from the laptop, human to human My friend is the COO of a tech startup and was showing me how he built 4 AI agents that work for him. He has 1 agent overseeing the other 3. The 3 agents work together and submit their work to the 1 agent, who proofreads everything before sending it to him. He used an AI to build these AI agents. He did all of with very little coding experience. Imagine what large companies will be able to do to displace workers #grownostr #nostr #ai

I rent out a window at a local arts market mainly to market myself and show past projects to get more work. Have been wanting to create small little motif’s and sell them, for those who don’t have the money or space for larger leaded windows If anyone on Nostr would like a small little leaded stained glass circle to hang. I’m willing to exchange my energy for sats! DM if interested and we can chat about bringing it to life #gm #grownostr #asknostr image

Installed these three bay windows this morning. First finished project of the new year Love the accent texture on these windows. The homeowner has a quite busy home with art and sculptures everywhere, so we wanted to make the windows tame with just a little bit of character #gm #grownostr #art #buildstr #artstr

Had to shovel this car out from the snow after a huge storm the other day Lately I’ve been enjoying the act of shovelling, even if it’s quite an intense amount. It grounds me, makes me feel more human and less of a cyborg. In a mood lately to welcome more of the simple human duties that can sometimes be looked at as a burden #gn #grownostr #snow image

Loved the movie Train Dreams Extremely grounded, and slow movie about the simple life of an early 1900’s logger Movies nowadays can be hyper stimulating. Intense score, frequent changes in camera angle. So I always appreciate coming across movies that are just simple, without all the bells and whistles #grownostr #gn #movies image

I grew up with a carpenter father and grandfather, this is honestly my first solo shot working with wood. Finishing some trim pieces for an upcoming 3 leaded window installation Would love to get more into woodworking this year to compliment my windows and add more value to each project, as well get more comfortable with more things AI can’t do #gn #grownostr image

Loved this movie A man responsible for watching the future lives of soon-to-be born individuals. He selects which ones get to live or not. Interviewing the best candidates Made me think. If you had to sit and watch the POV of your life unfold, how would that be? Would you be entertained and want to keep watching? Would you be bored and wish to turn it off? Something to ponder #gn #grownostr #asknostr image

A must-read book. Timeless. Published in 1950, and still, if not more, relevant to this day The more we crave security, the more insecure we become. That is because nature is fluid, it’s ever changing. To want security, is to want permanence, fixed, static, which is is to work against the very nature of life #gm #grownostr #bookstr #book #philosophy image
