Can you imagine finding out that the police - or anyone else - was bugging your home for absolutely no reason at all? How disgusted you would be. Well really what is the moral difference between someone surveiling your home vs your phone? Where we share the most intimate aspects of our lives with our loved ones. Yet having our activity on our phones monitored from top to bottom is widely accepted by society. People really, really do not value freedom enough

Do you think ultimately we will become passive digital beings who experience our own realities - for better or worse - rather than forging our own paths? #asknostr

If my nostr private key is held by Alby then my profile is censorable and not decentralized right? The only way to properly achieve censorship resistance is to write it down or something like that? How do you all store your private keys? #asknostr

I have just bought a Google Pixel 9. I have been going through the process of installing graphene os. But the pixel 9 is not connecting to my Mac via usb-c. And so I can't carry on with the process. My other older android phone is connecting to the Mac via usb-c easily, so it's not an issue with the wire or the Mac. And I'm now out of ideas. Is this a common problem? Could anyone on here help? #asknostr

Tapsigners are so cool. The designs look good. They are relatable to legacy payments by looking like a credit card. They are generally simpler than a hardware wallet/seed phrases. Plus they effectively keep BTC as a bearer asset. I think they are an ideal way to gift someone their first BTC.
