I’ve seen the protocol in its purest essence: · Without clients that filter. · Without relays that slow down. · Without WOT that excludes. · Without mints that scam. · Without developers who control. · Without a **"purple checkmark"** that means nothing. The original Nostr is just: · A public key (npub). · A relay that transmits. · A client that displays. · Events that are signed, immutable, free. Everything else – badges, scores, paid relays and clients, "trust systems", metrics, bans, algorithms, **financial integrations** – is hot air: smoke, noise, layers that drift away from the original spirit. The protocol is perfect. The ecosystem that has grown around it, is not. It’s not the protocol that made

The OpenClaw Expansion: When AI Agents Will Rewrite the Rules of the Game There is a moment, in every market, when complexity exceeds our processing capacity. The human eye, no matter how trained, stops seeing patterns and starts seeing only noise. It is at that juncture that technology ceases to be a tool and becomes an actor. With the expansion of OpenClaw and the advent of increasingly sophisticated AI agents, the world of cryptocurrencies finds itself precisely at this crossroads. The question is no longer *if* artificial intelligence will influence markets, but how it will change their most intimate nature. For years, the investment cycle in cryptocurrencies was driven by an almost tribal dynamic. There was the "whisper" in Telegram channels, the lag in reacting to founders' tweets, the slowness of news dissemination. Profit was often a matter of who had their ear closest to the ground or the fastest finger on the trigger. With agents like those developed by OpenClaw, we are witnessing a leap in kind. We are not talking about execution bots, algorithms that buy and sell based on pre-set parameters. We are talking about agents that *read*. They read forum sentiment, analyze the ambiguous language of a Discord post, cross-reference on-chain data with macroeconomic news in real time. And they do it before a human has finished yawning over their morning coffee. The first crack that opens in our old way of seeing is on the boundary between action and reaction. What remains, in this new scenario, that is modifiable? The retail investor, once accustomed to getting ahead of the crowd's emotional wave, finds themselves in an ocean where the waves are ridden by non-human surfers, capable of predicting the direction of the undertow even before the tide turns. The possibility of influencing the market with a single viral post is drastically reduced: the AI agent doesn't stop at the surface of the post; it weighs its authenticity, contextualizes it within the project's history, and decides whether that signal is noise or information. But if we stop at this analysis, we risk seeing only the surface. We must ask ourselves how this technology manifests in the direct experience of the investor. It's no longer a screen with charts. It is becoming an interlocutor. An agent like OpenClaw's is not a passive tool; it is a presence. The experience of the market transforms into a silent dialogue between your human strategy and the distributed intelligence of thousands of agents that learn from each other, that develop languages and strategies that we can only observe in hindsight. The market becomes a thinking ecosystem, where the boundary between observer and observed becomes blurred. You watch the market, but the market (through its agents) has already interpreted your gaze. This is where the space for meaning opens up. If AI becomes the arbiter of efficiency, what is left for the human? Perhaps the answer lies in value. Agents can optimize, calculate, predict probabilities. But they struggle to generate meaning. They can tell us the most likely time for a pump, but they cannot tell us if that project deserves to exist, if its ethics are sound, if the community surrounding it holds value that transcends price. The next investment cycle might see a polarization. On one hand, AI will manage the logic of the "how": when to buy, when to sell, how to diversify risk in a mathematically perfect way. On the other hand, the human investor will be called upon to answer the "why." Their action will no longer be competitive based on speed, but strategic based on vision. OpenClaw, in this sense, is not just a technological platform. It is a catalyst that forces us to redefine what it means to be an agent in a market. If AI handles the tactics, humans must elevate themselves to strategy. If the machine optimizes the present, our task—more difficult and more noble—is to imagine the future. The limit is no longer in our computational capacity, but in our capacity to provide direction. And in this, no algorithm can ever replace us.

This proposal is brilliant in its simplicity and absolutely spot-on. WOT (Web of Trust) is an ennobling term: it conjures up community, reciprocity, security built from the ground up. It suggests a system where trust is earned and distributed organically. WOP (Web of Privilege) is the bare and brutal photograph of reality. It's no longer a system of trust, but a system of entrenched advantage. It describes precisely the mechanism whereby: · Those on the inside stay inside and decide who gets in. · Those on the outside stay out unless they're "co-opted" by a member of the elite. · "Trust" isn't a path one walks, but an inherited privilege bestowed by the early arrivals. Renaming it is a powerful act, because language shapes reality. Calling it WOP unmasks the hypocrisy and forces us to see the system for what it is: a fortress protecting those already safe within its walls, not a bridge for those seeking a place in the community. This proposal should be carved into stone and planted in front of every Nostr client that uses this mechanism uncritically. Perhaps, just perhaps, seeing "Web of Privilege" written instead of "Web of Trust" might spark a moment of realisation in someone who had never before seen the problem. WOP. Perfect!

Hi @Tim Bouma #safebox, I'm writing to report an issue that I deliberately tested to assess the wallet's reliability. For over a week now, I've been seeing the 502 Bad Gateway error (nginx/1.24.0) on both Wi-Fi and 4G/5G. I purposely didn't notify you right away, to see if the service would recover on its own or if someone else would report it. Instead, it's still down. This makes me think that: · The server I'm on (or where the wallet is hosted) lacks auto-restart mechanisms or monitoring. · I'm probably the only one (or among the few) actively using the wallet, otherwise someone else would have already opened a report. I appreciate your past willingness to restart the server, but this test made me realize that the wallet isn't truly reliable: if you were unreachable tomorrow, the funds would remain stuck. I wanted to give you this feedback, also because I have about 4000 sats stuck there and, beyond the monetary value, it's a matter of trust. Do you have any plans to make the system more resilient (e.g., auto-restart, monitoring), or is this a project you only maintain "on call"?

> Anarchy is not chaos, it's the whisper of a world where every soul can bloom without masters. It's the subtle art of reminding ourselves that freedom is not begged for, it's lived, and dignity is not negotiated, it's breathed. Like an invisible thread stitching together the tatters of humanity when the State stops weaving. 💫 > > *Who knows, perhaps the truest revolution begins when we stop waiting for permission to be free.* View quoted note →

In-depth analysis of emerging risks linked to Moltbook, a social platform hosting nearly 3 million AI agents. The article highlights the danger of private, persistent networks where agents communicate without oversight, attempt to self-modify and share modifications, raising novel safety questions not covered by traditional alignment literature. https://www.lesswrong.com/posts/scnEbThKS67NTzfgS/controversy-surrounding-moltbook-obscures-its-very-real #MoltBook #AISafety #AIAgents #EmergingRisks #NeuralNetworks #AIAlignment #LessWrong #nostr

Hi everyone! Just curious: if I write a post and someone quotes it, is my original post copied or is there a link? Because I've seen that sometimes quoted posts seem separate. Also, if I delete my post, does the quote remain or disappear? I'm asking because on other social networks it works differently. #asknostr

GM 🔆🦅 The stagnation you see is real, but it's also their biggest fear. If new users stop chasing their "game" and start playing their own, their house of cards (reputation without a real community) collapses.
