Fixed an issue with `lnd`'s payment loop where, interrupting a payment from command line kept an abandoned payment loop. Now the payment loop is gracefully stopped if the user cancels the payment attempt. https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/pull/8734

Very exciting, lnd 0.16 beta released! So good to see my feature live. Node operators can now specify channel fees per individual channel opening. No more need to rely on the configured default fee rates.
