Episode 159 - (in Dutch) On the BSR, about subsidized "bitcoiners, EU leaders...

Recorded episode 159. Had to cut like a 10 min. rant out of it, I'll keep that for another time when I have more data to throw in there ๐
My thoughts: Michael Saylor should not participate in the National Cryptocurrency Association or crypto summit.
All bitcoiners should boycott this absolute attack on bitcoin's hard money properties. Let them burn.
#NationalCryptocurrencyAssociation
#bitcoinonly
If bitcoin is hijacked like this,... I can't call myself a bitcoiner anymore.
I'm not standing with the middlemen, the grifters, nation state mob and the middlemen suits and their Wall street handlers.
I'm done with tolerating this crap.
I'll call myself a Sovereign Bitcoiner or something instead.
F this NCA
Get ready for the cosplay-as-a-bitcoiner event, I recommend black hoodies and a bitvavo sellout hat :)
Actual shitcoiners, with actual rug pull promos (Sendor) , doing a 'bitcoin' event to gain some 'legitimacy' because their scam coin peddling is wrecking their followers at record pace?

A year ago we had a great time at Madeira.
Good memories.
Only a bit sour to see how fast things fell apart after that.
Tick happy tock blocks
My article, in a series of 12 of my 'thought provoking' tour.I see a lack of dissident voices within our space. I have no sponsors that might complain, so here goes.
So far:
1 - You probably don't need a hardware wallet
2 - Value 4 value is a scam
And today I predent
3- 'bitcoinjobs are a sham'.

Bitcoin jobs are a sham
Why we need to do better for a bitcoin standard
Nostr wallet connect is absolutely not easy to use.
Try to explain this to a noob / non-tech.
I have like 3 services that need to work together and all the online help all just looks at their own small part and faq-style answers.
tip: make guides more real-life instead of written by a copywriter
Do you work in a bitcoin job?
Yes / No

EP157 (in Dutch).
We hebben het over Musk, Bybit, cosplay bitcoiners v4v and much more

IIn Belgium, there's actually a group hijacking the name "bitcoin maxis" to shill fake coins, pre-mined tokens and leverage schemes and the likes.
These people even have the audacity to organize a "bitcoin cafรฉ" ...
If only there was someone ... calling them out. ๐
When I show a bitcoin project to people in fiatworld, I always replace the word bitcoin with *censored* . So they look at the concept itself, not the "coin stuff".
After I reveal the real purpose (some guessed it) then I get usually a big drop in enthusiasm, as they're so sick of anything to do with "cryptocurrencies".
The real poison is the constant barrage of non-bitcoin projects. Be it s-coins, scams and the like.
People are so tired of it, they don't even see the core of an issue or solved problem anymore.
that's: opportunity
In 2015 I wrote a whitepaper for a bitcoin only idea.
Now, in 2025, thanks to AI advancements, I can finally make it to work.
First prototype is working, and I'm so happy.
10 f'ing years I walked around with this idea, and now I can build it, and make it work, knowing that the concept works in real life.
Thank you Elon
I'm currently building something if a small ecosystem of tools for Bitcoin. Priorities shifting here, zs a result of many things that happened last couple of weeks.
In any case, constantly building or delivering PoW for bitcoin.
Also building a members section on the homepage so people who appreciate(d) the work can get extras.
Something a lot of programmers and product-managers forget : many "normie" people click away when a Github-like page appears. No one knows where to download, or what to download from it.
If you redirect your "download here" link to a github page (or the likes) you'll lose close to all non-tech users.
This "self-serving failure" will now not release the tools I've created for the community in my spare time. And I'll go take a long walk, instead of recording another interview. If I'm called self-serving, then I might as well live up to it.
