Oh no! It's dinner time and @Zap Cooking isn't loading recipes! ๐ฏ Who do I have to Zap!? Heh @Seth ?
Great rip. Love when government spending waste being removed, but bigger battles are coming. Lightning was designed to work with shipcoins from the beginning, so not surprising to see Tether. Has anyone seen a decent breakdown of how it works?
P.S. Don't accept any pagers.

Why #studybitcoin, not #buybitcoin? Once you understand how money and the financial system works, then you'll understand why bitcoin the solution.

If you're wondering why Trump was asking Canada to get some border security or they'd get tariffs.
"City of Delta report says CBSA checks less than 1% of container traffic coming through regional ports"

This is well done! Will be a good resource for those trying to #studybitcoin and dissecting the bad arguments out there.

Tariff benefits are apparently coming to Canada, we'll have to see if it actually happens. The info was just leaked today. Money printer go brrrr! The special people in power could just secure the border and there would be not tariff threats, but no, they don't want to do our part because our politicians have got serious Trump Derangement Syndrome and a hard case of socialistic tendencies (possible cover band name?). Canada will "cave" eventually (aka be forced to attempt to act like adults) but it might be painful in more than one way.
Of course, my first foray into NGINX can't be straight forward, I've got specific needs that are... not normal, somehow? Been struggling for days setting it up. VPS + Reverse Proxy + SSL (paid, not free) + SSL pass-through + streaming module needed for the pass-through. Kill me now kinda stuff...
I have not been able to find a good guide for my specific use case, so I'm piecing it all together.
Any reverse proxy wizards who can give some pointers out there? Should I just use something else for my use case?
I even ended up compling NGINX from scratch at one point with the streaming module enabled. It worked, but then the directories are all different and the config is still a pain. Realized I'll have to compile and fix it all everytime I want to update, no thanks!
Linux administration has always been a pain in the ass. I'm so thankful for NixOS on my desktop and laptop, it makes things so much easier to deal with on that side.
I'm giving HAproxy a try now. Had It working, sorta. Broke it setting up multiple ports in the config at the end of the day.
Tomorrow is another day to roll around in poor documentation and half-baked AI directions.
If I can ever figure this out, I'll write a guide on how to set this up so people can run a server, clearnet node or relay behind a VPS without all the frustration.
