⚠️ Most Bitcoin communities never break the 100-member mark.
Last week, I asked 40 Bitcoin community leaders from around the world a simple question: "How big is your community?"
🔹 65% have 10 – 100 members
🔹 20% have 100 – 1,000 members
🔹 5% have 1,000+ members
The interesting part isn't the numbers.
It's that organizers from different countries are facing the same challenges: attracting newcomers, keeping people engaged, finding sponsors and turning meetups into sustainable communities.
The people solving those problems are sharing what's working (and what's not) inside my Community Leaders Telegram group.
⚠️ A new 24-hour poll just opened: "What type of events do you run?"
If you're building a Bitcoin community, you'll want to see the answers before the poll closes.
