Quality of sleep: Physical vs Mental Exhaustion I've worked both very physically demanding manual labour jobs and very cognitively demanding jobs, emotionally taxing and complex work. The best sleep I get is after being physically exhausted, not mentally exhausted. I find after a day of physical labour or activity, even if I'm wiped put, I sleep so deeply. Conversely, after a being exhausted by a mentally demanding day my sleep is terrible, takes me a long time to sleep, bad quality, bad dreams. Certainly I feel happier and as though I've earned it after working physically. #grownostr

#asknostr Is there a lightning app that will create a QR code invoice that can be printed and given to people to scan? Would be used to get people into lightning, one off invoices you could hand out on cards. Any ideas? Will a lightning invoice even stay valid for a long time?

People keep noting that Nostr is dead or that there are only a few of us on here. I know some of this is probably joking. However, for me I find my 'People' are appearing more and more. In the 18 months, or so, I've been on Nostr the Homesteader, Permaculture, Self-sufficiency, grow your own food community is growing and reaching a point where my feed can mostly be those people.
