Week 163 with #SaturdaysForSatoshi. 📍Cologne The "Disarm Rheinmetall" camp is in the city since Tuesday and yesterday they organized for a big anti-war, anti-militarization rally through the city. As I did last year, I positioned myself along the planned route of the demonstration in eyesight of the Volksbank. I chose a prominent spot on top of a landmark, which gave me a great view over the area and where I would be seen by all passersby’s. Unfortunately, as last year, I didn’t make my calculations with the cops, who had aggressively attacked the demonstration last year and held 400 people in a cauldron for 12h. I was pretty sure that the rally would never arrive at my place when I saw two water cannons drive by in high speed, followed by 20 vans stacked with stormtroopers. But since the street was closed and the city was aware that something big was happening, many people became curious and took pictures of the Statue of Liberty sitting on top of a landmark with a sign. Although hundreds of cop cars passed me in yesterday’s action, no one bothered to heckle me. That’s a win. The revolution is boring. And most of the time it happens where you least expect it.

Week 162 with #SaturdaysForSatoshi. Today I did a quick 5 block action at a new location in Cologne. It’s very central with many passerby’s, guess a new favorite spot. Two people wanted to call the cops on me. Idk if they did, because I was gone before anyways. There are probably 20 proof of action photos on some random phones, but I didn’t manage to get one on mine today :/ So you gotta wait until next week to see the sign. I’m convinced that Bitcoin awareness and adoption would skyrocket, if the Bitcoin community would organize more like a decentralized direct action movement, than a finance bro circle jerk or a boomer regulars table. #Buy #Bitcoin #Bank

Wissenstransfer ist unfassbar schwer. Wissen ist die mächtigste Waffe die Welt zu verändern. Sagte einst Nelson Mandela. Doch wie erreicht man die Ärmsten in entferntesten Ländern? Leiden sie doch am meisten unter unserem (Denk) Fehler. Ich will die Welt neu denken, doch hege keinen Anspruch, jene zu lenken. Denn der Fehler im Denken, liegt im Willen zu lenken. Im Willen des anderen Schiff zu versenken. Die besten Ideen lassen keinen kalt, und sie setzen sich durch, ohne Gewalt. Jene die neugierig ihr Umwelt studieren, sich mit abstrakten Karten durch das Terrain navigieren, Erreichen einen Punkt an dem sie kapieren, wenn ich weiter so denke, dann werd ich stagnieren. Der Entschluss ist gefasst, eine neue Karte muss her, und hier stoßen wir aufs Problem, vom Wissenstransfer: 8 Milliarden Wege führen auf den Berg der Erkenntnis. Um die Karten der anderen zu studieren, braucht es emotionales Verständnis. Dieser Griff hier, und jener Kniff dort, brachte mich weiter an folgenden Ort, Hier machte ich Rast, und dort machte ich Kehrt, weil mein Zustand mir grad diesen Pfade verwehrt. Denn meine Karte beschreibt nur approximativ, Was in mir geschah, während ich ihn (den Weg) lief: Hier hatte ich Angst, dort fasste ich Mut, für diesen Abschnitt brauchte ich Geduld, an meiner mangelnden Ausrüstung trägt niemand anders die Schuld. An dieser Stelle, da musst ich mich quälen, mich Schicht um Schicht aus meinen Häuten schälen. Dieses Kraut gab mir Kraft, und jener Pilz die Magie. Hier war ich fast oben und dachte: "Ich schaffe es nie." Willst du meine Karte studieren? Vielleicht hilft sie dir weiter beim navigieren. I am currently recovering from a cold that I got sitting through a thunderstorm at the ECB last week. Nothing stopping me from speaking truth to power.

Die ganze Straße wird beschallt. In Rheinland-Pflaz, da brennt der Wald. Mich, mich lässt dein Spott ganz kalt. Idealisten werden niemals alt. In mir glimmt noch heiße Glut, Überreste weißer Wut, In Asche liegt der Bankenstaat, Der im Vertraun dein Geld verwahrt. Mit deiner Kohle Waffen kauft, Im Zweifel gegen dich gebraucht, Der rückwärts denkt, die Wirtschaft lenkt, den Eisberg rammt, das Schiff versenkt, die Zukunft an den Nagel hängt, und mich in meinem Recht beschränkt. Day 21 at the ECB. On #BitcoinInfinityDay 21.8 we hit a new ATH with the #HumanBlockchain. Eleven independent nodes connected in front of the European Central Bank to send a powerful signal to the community. We’re growing. The network is forming. Day 20 at the ECB. Time flies when you’re having fun. I had a lot of fun yesterday and today, so I’m late keeping you up to date on what happened. I was feeling a bit sick yesterday after getting soaked the day before. Luckily I was pumped up with vitamins at home and had @npub1tyag...2f4z and other friends keeping me company. My sign was inspired by Scott Bessent the Secretary of the US Treasury, who dumped 5-10 billion in European Bonds to prop up the Yen. My advice for European bankers would be to take retaliative action and dump 5-10 billion in US Gov Bonds to buy #Bitcoin. It’s an insider joke for central bankers, that unfortunately no one really got, but I was laughing with passersby’s whether they had 5 -10 billion euros to spare. In the afternoon @npub1nk5c...vkup arrived at the ECB and the otherwise dead entrance became a lively place for fundamental economic debates, laughter and shared memories. If you’re looking closely even bankers leaving the office are happy to have us, waving in joyful anticipation of the upcoming conversation.

Day 19 at the ECB. Yesterday started with me getting completely soaked while riding my bike to the ECB. Unfortunate because today I’m having cold symptoms. Sign is one of the all time favorites, getting many reactions and smiles. Had a bunch of company in the evening, with supporters dropping by to donate sats, bankers giving me digital euro propaganda, and friends who were watching me from across the street while I was surviving a thunderstorm in the evening.

Day 18 at the ECB. First day where my umbrella had to protect me from water instead of sunlight. We asked bankers and passersby’s a simple question: How does money get created? And to our surprise no one really knew. The bankers said it’s a very complex process and I had to remind them that they should explain it to me like I’m five years old. In the evening, Stefano and Maxim, both trainees and therefore still somewhat curious and questioning, did their best to explain the complex intricacies of the fiat system. Talking to us, as they said, was intellectually more stimulating than talking to their colleagues. 2 layers, central bank money and commercial bank money, reserves that have to be held with the central bank, government bonds etc. pp. Simple answer for nerds: Strg+Shift+C :/motherlode

Day 17 at the ECB. I started the day with a sketch and was particularly proud of what I’ve drawn, and I ended the day with anger over a totally arbitrary police interrogation, which caused the picture of the day to be in less favorable lighting conditions. Nick a curious law trainee at the ECB sat down and took the time to understand my message and reasoning. It was a productive conversation until the cops appeared, declared us as an assembly and wanted to see personal ID of each of us. Eventually Head of ECB Security came down and said that everything is as always and nothing had to be done about it. Also confirming that one of the assembly members was part of the ECB, so he was allowed to leave. His ID might still end up in a Palantir database, who knows. Police had to communicate back and forth for some time which wasted everyone’s time, and I decided to play the jeopardy melody on my kazoo which lightened the mood for everyone involved. Day 16 at the ECB. I was visited by a fellow poet and artist, Lyff. She came up with a creative chalk drawing and I encouraged her to leave a mark on this place. Cops came and ordered to destroy it with water, although the city of Frankfurt has been vocal about saving water, because of the recent heat wave. (It was going to rain later that night anyways) The amount of absurdity and abuse of power is enraging. Rivers are drying up, ecosystems are collapsing, yet the German government and its institutions has nothing better to do than heckling people who peacefully and creatively speak up against the injustice happening. Day 15 at the ECB. Since 55 years we are living in a system detached from physical reality. Printing money out of thin air is a crime against humanity. But there is hope. A colorful and diverse group of people are starting to wake up to the idea of money that isn’t issued by government institutions. It’s happening all over the world. Ideas can’t be stopped by bullies or bullets.

Day 14 at the ECB. Although I don’t support the digital euro project, I don’t like messaging against the digital euro either, because it attracts a certain kind of individuals (iykyk). Day 13 at the ECB. Another day of melting, just like the buying power of their currency. Luckily got some company by curious neighbors and fellow activists. Bankers ice seems to be melting as well, just like the poles. Some curious fellas are daring to dance with cognitive dissonance. I’m having fun. Day 12 at the ECB Yesterday we were visited by the press. Thomas has written articles about my actions in the last years and dropped by with Monika, who took pictures. Afterwards I was drinking mint tea with Daniela, a fellow climate activist who organizes conversation circles for people who want to share their thoughts and emotions about our collapsing ecosystems. Maria and Leticia joined me in the evening, we were playing game on guessing the soundtrack of famous movies which must have been epic to witness while walking by. Day 11 at the ECB Yesterday afternoon I was toasted by the sun. Today feels no different. The last 8 years have been the hottest in history and if the trend continues this one will be one of the cooler ones to come. The sun sets about 19:30 behind the buildings and after that there was time to play games, make music and bring life and love to an otherwise triste place. Also: please make sure I don’t stay poor.

Day 10 at the ECB. People need to wake the fuck up. Rivers are drying up. Ecosystems are collapsing. All the destruction is driven by infinite rights to consume resources (fiat), trying to properly and sustainably allocate the limited amount of resources we have on planet earth. It’s a crime against humanity, and it’ll continue unless we take action. I can’t stop it alone, but I’ll stand by your side.

Day 9 at the ECB. Yesterday felt like I was on Mustafar. The heatwave is turning the floor into lava. This battle can only be won with epic music, fun and the power of the force. It’s within all of us. Wielding it takes time and training.
