She's about a year and a half old now, and is really starting to be a great dog, with nice manners. #homesteading

Good morning nostr, we woke up to rain, which is nice. But i think we'll be having some strong storms again tonite and later this week. So i guess i'll try to get some indoor work done, and maybe cook up a few meals for the freezer. I like doing this for days when i'm really busy or tired, i can just pull out a meal and heat it up. There is alot of need out there these days. At our church we are seeing more and more random people walk in the office, asking for help with utility bills, gas, or groceries. Mostly elderly, some young mothers, all visibly embarrassed to be asking for help. As a church, we never give people cash, only send a payment directly to a utility for them. This recent increase in needs does not bode well, as this is just one small community. #HardTimes

Good morning nostr, its already monday again, and i have a busy week ahead. Today i have a few errands in town, then a bunch of tasks around the house. Later i want to boil some eggs to put in the fridge for snacks. I have lots of eggs lately, and boiled eggs make a great evening snack when i'm tired at the end of the day.
