We finished cleaning up around the big oak trees in the front yard, cutting and chopping lots of very thorny briars. I think the trees will appreciate being able to breathe better. Good morning nostr, i overslept a bit, so i need to get some outside chores done before it gets too hot. Some of my buckwheat seeds have started sprouting, so i need to keep them watered until they mature a bit. I also threw out a bunch more daikon radish seeds and they're coming up too, so thats good. The chickens and rabbits love it. I'll be gathering more hay to put in my beds for now, just field grasses that my husband cuts with the tractor. So lately i've been enjoying cabbage salads instead of regular greens or lettuce salads. I like the crunch of cabbage, plus it stays fresh longer. I add lots of extra goodies to it too. Just my thoughts as we just finished having a fabulous cabbage salad topped with seasoned ground beef. #cabbage #foodstr #musings

Good morning nostr, and happy saturday. Today i'll be trying to make more progress on trail trimming, and also clean up a bunch of vines and overgrowth around a large oak tree near the house. My husband is helping cuz its a big job and also requires a chainsaw. But we'll take it a bit at a time. I also need to look into using my JMP Chat number more often. I set it up a good while ago, and now i need a refresher on the features and how best to use it. I've been discussing this with a couple friends who want to learn more about privacy phones and such, so i need to be prepared.
