I know that nostr is not very big, or popular, but this is still where i come for daily news and interaction. It takes a bit of work, but i'll be here anyway. Yesterday i was watching a friend scroll on FB marketplace for an item she wanted to buy. Almost every listing was some bs advertising, not even a real listing. Then the face id crap!? And when did Whatsapp get put onto FB!?! In just a few minutes my brain was about to explode. I'll stick with nostr. #Nostr

Today will be busy, just havent decided what i'll be working on. Later we might go volunteer at the local fair that starts today. Hey nostr, i'm ready to call it a day. We've been plenty busy with all sorts of stuff. But we really needed to get our new firewood racks set up, which we did. We should be getting our wood delivery tomorrow, so this was first on the list. We ordered 2 full cords, even though we still have some left from last year. The wood guy gives a nice discount for bigger orders, so we took advantage of that. On another note, i think the hummingbirds have started migrating thru here, cuz we've been seeing more and more of them on our feeder. We look forward to watching their antics. Anyway, i'm tired and ready to rest for the evening. Yall have a good evening friends. #homesteading

Good morning nostr, i'm having my first coffee, started a load of laundry, and trying to plan my day. I think i'll go check the guest cabin, give it a good dusting and make sure everything looks good. We recently replaced a leaky faucet in the cabin, and wanted to install new supply hoses and valves, but it had these connections that required a special tool to remove the hoses. Why cant all this stuff just be simple? We've easily replaced faucets in the main house, no problem. But we figured it out, just a hassle.
