I think I have sync working from web to native clients with NostrFeedz. It's only the subs though, not the read and unread. But at least you won't have to subscribe to everything again. And no backend server required, all on Nostr.

I've built mainly web apps, sometimes I feel like I should focus on mobile and desktop; other than my relay. Sometimes I feel web apps are the opposite of what we should be building for Nostr in many cases. Maybe I will make a version of NostrFeedz as a Android and desktop Linux app.
