I made a cli version of Autonomix that honestly works much better than the GUI version, I think I will just focus on the cli version and archive the gui one.

Back to the full on cli MicroBlog client, it would be terminal dependent if I wanted it to render images and video.. people would have to run certain terminals.
After my last post using mb-cli, I am wondering if I should have it make me proof read before it sends.. or make it an option to turn on forced proof reading. Typos kill me.
I am in this build cli/tui app mode since installing Omarchy. I’m now thinking of a full blown MicroBlog terminal client.
This is a little crazy, Crucial has always been my goto for memory.

Currently I have fastmail, Hey!, Gmail, and Proton accounts for email. I think I’m going to try to consolidate to Hey! and Gmail only.
I’m pulling the feeble MacOS support from MB-Cli, github could build packages, but I really don’t have a way to test or troubleshoot it. It’s basically Linux only.
It’s the day of many cli-tools, so much easier when there is no Gui to create. Here is a quicky I made to post to my DayOne Journal from the cli, it uses your Gmail account to post over email. github.com/timappled…

Omarchy has Voxbox installed which allows me to do voice dictation so, I’m actually trying it out on the command line to see if I can do this micro-blog post.
This is just a test
I’ve started playing with Fizzy from 37Signals to see if it helps me keep my projects any more organized. I need to do something.
I installed Omarchy yesterday and I am suddenly a cli-aholic again.
So, MB-Cli is officially a thing, packages are at github.com/timappled… under releases. There are Mac packages I’m interested to hear if they work since github built them, not me.

So, this is coming from MB-Cli, a simple app I made to post to MB from the command line when I’m in full on geek mode.

The pleb one relay was having login issues again, I think I have them fixed. I’m thinking of removing all the animations from the site, it’s a resource hog.

My writing app I have in the works was originally planned for Mobile and Desktop Linux. Then I realized I struggle writing a tweet on mobile, no way will a write an essay on my phone. I think it is now going to be Desktop Linux only.
