I decided to take a real estate class. I have to do a mandatory 60 hrs. Starting today. Anyway, Google voice typing is a beautiful thing to have to help transcribe and create notes. I love it! I will finish these 60 hours and then take my exam. It's not perfect but it catches 90% of the content. Maybe, more like high 80's. I can almost forsee my future. I didn't have this tool when I was in college but I am thankful to have it now. Yay!

Nostr, today is one of the happiest days of my life. I finally have a chance to run next year's NYC marathon. The NYC marathon has been the dream all along... I did cry knowing my time has come. I am incredibly lucky to be here. To even have an opportunity to race. Even though, it's a year away, it's taken so many miles, so many workouts and so many years of conditioning my knees with squats to withstand the miles of the run. My goal is to run faster. Thankfully, I have a year to prepare. I will be running with Team for Kids with the NYRR. Any donation helps! Thank you for reading my post! We race because the opportunity has come. If you want to become a marathoner, pick a day on the weekend. Designate it as a long run day. It doesn't matter how crappy your run is. Complete your long run and stay consistent. Consistency in my long runs has been key to completing a marathon. I may be slow now but I used to be slower last year. I will be faster next year. It only goes up from here. I will be a pro in 10 years. 52 long runs in one year. One mile is better than 0 miles. Walking is better than sitting. I will try posting only my long runs since it takes the most effort. Today, I ran 7 miles. I am used to13 miles on long runs but with this Florida heat, I didn't. I also don't have any routes in Orlando. It was fun. My running adventure today brought me to an interesting bridge. I really like running bridges.

I pay X yearly and none of my followers see my content. It's annoying. I will make more effort on this app because as an entrepreneur, it's tough to grow in X.
