My next art project. I am very excited for this one. I need a place for my marathon and half marathon medals. I gave two medals away. One to my sister and one to my Dad. Actually, Daddy has my very first half marathon medal. He hung it in his home office. I am in my athlete era. My next race is in two weeks.

I brought the cutest blue bird for a Christmas tree. My company is named after a Bluejay. It's not quite it but it sort of resembles it.

I closed my dms and there's peace in my life. Once you block all the noise and people, there is more time to focus on what matters.

We had our first tea party and Vero really enjoys it. I enjoy this too. Tea is very soothing. We had raspberry tangerine tea. 😊😍 Vero was so excited. We need to bring tea parties back as a form of entertainment. My daughter loves the concept of cookies and tea. She loves that the tea pot is small. She thinks we are playing. I am really enjoying my tea in this tea party. I could do this any day.

3 year in a row that I am denied... I am running a half marathon this weekend but getting into this half marathon has been the hardest thing to do. I don't want to fundraise my way in. If you know of a way, let me know.

Keeping a toddler busy while being in a 6 hr zoom call is a skill.

I decided to take a real estate class. I have to do a mandatory 60 hrs. Starting today. Anyway, Google voice typing is a beautiful thing to have to help transcribe and create notes. I love it! I will finish these 60 hours and then take my exam. It's not perfect but it catches 90% of the content. Maybe, more like high 80's. I can almost forsee my future. I didn't have this tool when I was in college but I am thankful to have it now. Yay!

I don't understand why people do a podcast for more than 2 hrs. I don't have time for that. Just noise. I give undivided attention for 45 minutes max. A podcast for 3 hrs. No thanks.
