Wishing you a great Friday!
I wish the Scotland team a great game today. No Boston today, the game starts at 6 pm. I'd be happy if I am sleeping by 9 pm.

Analyzing patterns. Question everything.
Just in case you missed the Alicia Keys performance at the Knicks parade. It was so good. So iconic.

Just reading news... The funniest thing I've read today is Scottish fans are drinking 4 times than normal Americans causing bars to run out of beer in Boston... Wow Lol

The CT public education system is a joke. I am unable to add Vero to Kindergarten because she isn't 5 before Sept 1. Misses it by 1 month but I can add her to coding classes the moment she turns 5. So, she will probably learn to code while she is attending school. Vero will be above her peers by attending coding class once a week. Make it make sense. The education system is cooked.

Don't think anyone will top the Knicks this month!

A bit intimidated by my workout today. Plus weight training, which I already completed. First time doing interval training. :)

Myspace happened while I was in my teens... LOL Nostr can be that new social media platform for those stranded teens right now. I remember being in high school and upgrading my myspace page. Memories with HTML.
By the time I went to college, we were all in Facebook. I won't dare delete my Facebook because I have high school friends, college friends there and all my family members...
Every loss has been a win. Maybe a loss to someone else but a win for me because God has been protecting me the whole time. He saw the lies, the betrayal, and the habits that did not serve me. By protecting me, he took me away and never allowed me to enter in those places. Every loss was just divine protection. I am ok with never meeting and never speaking to those that left. God's been protecting me all along. No sense in looking back either. What's gone, is gone forever. I am actually grateful for it. What matters is today... Now. This moment right now. Nothing else matters but now.
Every loss has been a win.

Week 19,
I ran a 5k this weekend. It wasn't even a long run. My body hasn't been at 100%. So, I let it slide. Too much fun? Probably. Anyway, the NYRR Team for Kids gives us Runna for 20 weeks. Pretty sweet as there's coaches on the app. I have never trained with Runna. It's my first time using the app. The first day for the 20 week training starts today. What I like about Runna, so far is they also give me a weight training plan alongside my runs. This is key. They tell me exactly what to do every single day. They also estimate that if I follow their plan, I will reach my goals for the marathon. The range I want. Which is amazing! Alongside of what they tell me. I am adding my yoga class every week and biking/swimming for recovery on Sundays. Today is my first day and my workout is a10k. So, this was the last weekend, I could relax before everything intensifies. A 5k is fine. I run everyday now.

May I never forget when the Knicks won! I filmed it. I am back in CT... Stay safe NY!

The Knicks won!!!
Tried to get tickets to the watch party in Radio City Hall... This is how it went. :( The tickets sold out in the first few minutes. 50k+ people were really just waiting for a place that only holds 5k people. It's crazy!

Let's go Brazil!!!
I am in Times Square. It's so hot outside. Melting type of weather. Thankful for AC!
Hoje gahnamos!

Running music...

Canada is about to have their first world cup game and the scenes coming out of the stadium right now...
So much is happening...
On Saturday, all roads lead to NYC
I have my first run with the NYRR coaches in NYC.
There's a Brazil vs. Morocco game- First World Cup in NYC! I am the biggest Brazilian fan. I don't have tickets but I am so lucky to be in close proximity to the city!
The Knicks are also playing their 5th game! It's going to be nuts.
I didn't plan this. Everything is just happening on its own. This is as exciting as life gets. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow.
