Reflecting about my time as an Apple employee while I listen to @MAKE SONGS LONGER and @Derek Ross discuss decentralized tech on soapbox sessions. It's wild to remember the mental gymnastics I had to do, to explain to customers how "safe" and "protected" they were with Apple. Why they should pay for iCloud storage because of how premium and safe we are. AAAAGH. So much consumed apple juice!!!!
