On nostr we are in a very privileged position. The reason I came onto nostr is that I could see my (pro Palestine) posts literally being throttled back on Twitter. Now we can post whatever we like and it will be seen by someone. This has had a strange result on me. I’m more conscious of what I post. I don’t post the most extreme things. I don’t repost dead babys which I was on Twitter. It’s self censorship yes but I’m more comfortable with it. In a weird by being more free, it’s more (consciously) self censored resulting in something I’m more comfortable with.

Why can’t we have a market place set up where people can exchange crypto for any other crypto (I’m mainly thinking Bitcoin for Bitcoin). The Bitcoin can be sent via lightening to escrow and held in escrow and only sent to each participant when the correct amounts have been transferred. And why can’t this be completely open source with no one managing the system.
