My full interview with @`Phillip D. McCombs` on left vs. right politics and race in America ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ is out now. Bonus: Seed phrase challenge with 21K sats for the first person to find all 12 seed words. Good luck!
A huge thank you to @Phillip D. McCombs for agreeing to let a non-American outsider like me ask some "uncomfortable questions" about race and politics in America ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ The jump off point for this episode was: If we're genuinely trying to be constructive in conversations about social issues, why do we focus on things that divide us? Why not focus on broken money instead? That question stuck with me over the holidays while watching, reading, and listening to the discussion surrounding Charlie Kirk, Erika Kirk, and Nicki Minaj (who also has at TT ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น background.) From there, Phillip and I talked about reconciling American history to present day, guns (I share my first experience at a shooting range), Swiss history, experiences with racism, the Libertarian movement, Trump... It's a full episode anchored in a Bitcoin ethos, right down to the seed-word clues that pop up at the most unexpected times ๐Ÿ˜† @Orange Manufacturing Group did an amazing job editing ๐Ÿ”ฅ I hope you enjoy the episode, and of course, I look forward to reading your comments. Episode drops tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28 at 4:00 PM EST / 10:00 PM CET. https://youtube.com/@AskaBitcoiner21Questions
Weโ€™re back ๐ŸŽ‰ 21 Questions at the intersection of money, power, and politics with @pdmonearth. Have your Cashu wallets ready, and be on the lookout for the seed word no. 4. (It'll come in handy next week.) Watch now ๐Ÿ‘‰
The Bill to ban Bitcoin has passed both the House and the Senate in Trinidad and Tobago ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น Alexandra returned to the podcast on Friday (a last-minute recording) to explain what will happen next. I get the sense that the Bill has more to do with compliance than Bitcoin itself. Landing on the FATF grey or black list would have broader economic implications for the country. More importantly, I'm thinking about implications for plebs. It feels like regulators are steadily chipping away at privacy.
His biggest mistake was buying at the height of the housing bubble :-/ Josh Vazzzzz is in the hot seat for the final episode of this season. Have your ecash wallets ready!

Alexandra Lutchman from Guap App reached out to discuss the currency crisis in Trinidad and Tobago ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น, and the subsequent proposal to ban #Bitcoin and virtual assets. I think this is, in part, a response to the Genius Act. Be sure to share this episode with your friends and acquaintances in the Caribbean! They can sign the petition here:
