Help me!! Explain Bitcoin to me like i'm 10 years old. How do we simplify it to help others along their journey of self custody?

I'd love to know what led people to Bitcoin. For me, it was reading how much money has been printed, particularly over the last 4 years. What was it for you?

For me, the moment that the 'Penny' really dropped was when I read about the money printer. We all accept the world in which we are presented... -until something jolts us out of the matrix. I have never been an 'academic' but once I started to ask questions about my world I began an all consuming quest for answers. For me, Bitcoin or at least Decentralised uncorrupted money answers a lot of the questions. Everyone has a different reason for seeking Bitcoin, or stumbling upon it. For all the different reasons, the sentiment of the orange pilled folk seems clear to me. That once it hit, it hit. Bitcoin is an energy and a force.
