How long do I train for? As long as you need to. It helps to pencil out your goals to see if they’re achievable especially if your goal is measurable and track able. Otherwise you may eat up time trying to get to it.

If you have your ultimate goal like a bench press or squat you need to try seeing if it’s doable in a year and then go month by month to see what’s needed to get there.
