RE: red light therapy, and all photobiomodulation methods— They’re tremendous for focused and prescriptive use. They can heal burns, improve would healing, improve sleep. But they do not replace the sun.

Repurposing mine reclamations as part of closures is a proactive way to reduce liability costs for the owner. The owner could also fund its maintenance costs through mining since they’ll need power at the site if they’re required to continually pump and manage seepage.

Some hard rock mines can produce more than one metal depending on the ore and processing. A secondary metal, like molybdenum, can be recovered downstream of a primary metal like copper. I’m bullish that in the future some mines will make use of energy and processes on site that help mine Bitcoin. There’s lots of heat and moving pieces that could be harnessed to do so.

Recently went to Italy. Have to say it’s something else to see these structures that are here 100s of years later. All built by people who wouldn’t live to see their completion. Stone work is a nearly forgotten art. It must be a treasure to work on the restoration of these beautiful works of art. image

The speed of interactions of light occurs on quantum scale. This is partly why your light environment is upstream of everything else. Food and supplements impact you for sure, but their impacts are driven by light environment. image

The no gym no problem isn’t helpful if you’re without the means to get to your objective. However, that doesn’t mean you’re without means. Awkward object carries for time will serve you well after being in cars and planes for hours. Just see how long you can go before you need to stop. 50lbs / hand for five minutes is a great start. image

When indoors: Daytime - yellow colored glasses Evening - red colored glasses. These protect your eyes from isolated wavelengths of light (particularly blue) that can mis-cue your body on time of day. When outside don’t wear any sun glasses, unless of course you’re in a high glare environment. You’ll sleep better and fall asleep easier.
