Literally cried my eyes out on @OceanSlim sleeve after watching this move after many years. It was "our" movie while dating. Zach Braff did a phenomenal job with directing & the soundtrack. image
God bless my husband @OceanSlim for watching this movie with me and buying gourmet chocolate yesterday (with BTC via Square of course) ♥️ image

〰️🐍➖ November Science Class ➖🐍〰️ We learned about lines and squiggles in nature and completed various activities such as: observing line/squiggle shaped objects, a snake paper plate craft, storytime about water, a nature walk, & a game about the water cycle.
I wish all receipts were paperless & junk mail was illegal. I'm tired of throwing so much paper away.
🌿 Week 12 Co-op 🌿 🌽 Yesterday we completed two corn themed activities. The first was an addition and number recognition game using dice, stickers, and a corn cob worksheet. The second activity was a craft using pipe cleaners and beads to create a corn cob. The kiddos used their counting skills to put 10 beads on each row. I was really impressed at the endurance of these children. We don't usually require them to sit still for long stretches of time, but the majority of them were able to sit through both activities without a break. They also did a great job taking turns and practicing patience with rolling the dice and placing beads on their corn. 🌽
My kids love pancakes, but I don't love standing over the griddle for an hour or more. I've been making sheet pan pancakes for a couple of months, but my daughter missed "circle" pancakes. It dawned on me yesterday that I could use muffin pans to make circle pancakes in the oven. Needless to say, they were a hit this morning!
I had the pleasure of eating lunch today at the Back to Nature Bistro. It's the cutest little restaurant down the street from Pendleton King Park. The property also features 3 acres with walking trails, campgrounds, event venue, tea house, petting zoo, and more! I had such a great experience today that I insisted we go back tomorrow for our family Sunday lunch. I had a turkey salad sandwich, beefy French onion soup, and a side salad. I paired it with a butterfly lemonade. If you scroll, you can see the video where I pour tea into the lemonade and it changes from blue to purple. Noelle had a pimento cheese, tomato bell pepper soup, & a side salad. She paired it with drip coffee. She said it was delicious! I'd certainly go back for the beefy French onion soup! If you're ever in Augusta, check them out if you get the chance. I plan to go back again and again. 💕 image
Does anyone know how to remove a logo from a ceramic mug? @OceanSlim brought these cute mugs home from work , but I could do without the logo. 😉 image
