My father used to say, ‘Water is for the flowers.’ Enjoy this rainy day, we wouldn’t exist without it.

Hi! I’m Jam Power—embracing the joy of life through #books, living in the moment, and staying strong in mind and body. #Fitness junkie and passionate about #Bitcoin!
Good morning warriors!
New week, new energy.
Start strong, move with purpose, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Set one clear goal, then go after it with everything you’ve got.
Let’s get it!

:🌍 What are we leaving behind?
“Because of their belief that there is no life beyond this one, people today have not developed a long-term vision; as a result, there is nothing to stop them from plundering the planet for their own immediate ends and living in a selfish way that could prove fatal for the future.”
— Sogyal Rinpoche, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, pp. 31–32
This line hit me.
We live as if only the now matters. The earth is plundered, the body is drained, death is ignored. All in the name of immediacy.
But without long-term vision, there is no future.
And without spiritual connection, there's only emptiness and consumption.
That’s why I’m drawn to practicing death in life, to learn how to let go, to see beyond through meditation.
And it’s also why I value #Bitcoinnot not as some magic solution, but as a symbol of personal responsibility in the middle of the storm. It forces you to think in terms of 10, 20, 100 years.
If we don’t wake up, we’re heading straight into the abyss.
And it won’t be someone else’s fault.
When something negatively impacts your life, see it as a chance for transformation. Think how dull it would be to stay the same forever. Be brave and face the chaos, only then can the mind be set free.
Connection of muscle and mind, unity of breath and spirit.
Focused meditation hits different
I don’t know how to explain it exactly, but sometimes when you sit and really drop in — not just relax, but get super focused — something shifts.
It’s not about forcing anything. It’s more like everything sharpens, slows down, and gets really clear. Almost like tuning into something that was always there but just out of reach.
I think we often treat meditation as a tool to chill out (and that’s totally valid), but there’s a whole other level when you give it your full attention — like you’d give to a hard set at the gym, or a deep conversation.
Not saying this is the only way to do it. But if you’ve been meditating for a while, try going all in. Not longer. Just more present.
You might feel something shift.
We all have bad days, and we all cope with them in different ways. Sometimes, all it takes is a small moment to feel alive again. Just pausing to take a few slow, deep breaths can help build that moment — not to fix everything, but to shift how you feel about it. And sometimes, that shift is enough to carry you through.

Death is not the end—it’s the sacred doorway where the soul sheds fear and remembers its true beginning.

Herausforderungen sind oft das, was uns wachsen lässt.
We only live when we are conscious, and we are reborn when we become aware of our unconsciousness. Connect.

To die in meditation is not surrender—it’s the bravest act: embracing the peace of the end to be born awake.
Death is not the end, but a return.

Your spirit is free by nature. Only you can deny it that right.
Mindful with what we use. Connected to where we belong.
Nature has all the wisdom — we just need to slow down, listen, and learn.
True balance arises when we embrace the duality of life — light and darkness, joy and confusion — and find peace in their coexistence.
Daily meditation can sometimes feel like a chore—like a strange contradiction to the peace we’re seeking. But it’s precisely on those days, when you don’t feel like sitting, that the practice holds its deepest power.
Why?
Because when you meditate even when you don’t want to, you’re training something beyond just calm:
– Conscious discipline, not forced.
– Acceptance of the present moment, as it is.
– Freedom from mood or resistance.
– A deeper awareness, not dependent on how you feel.
By staying consistent—especially when it’s uncomfortable—you’re cultivating not just calm, but equanimity: a steadier, deeper peace that isn’t shaken by internal or external storms.
