Donโt mistake temporary, conditioned things for something permanent, independent, or ultimately satisfying.
If everything I call โmeโ is constantly changing according to causes and conditionsโฆ what exactly is the thing I cling to when I say, โthis is who I amโ?
When we believe that the โselfโ is something fixedโฆ
We cling.
* My success.
* My failure.
* My reputation.
* My body.
* My desires.
* My partner.
That attachment creates suffering because everything changes.

Today I felt closer to nature than ever before.
The sun seemed to oxygenate every cell in my body. My feet rooted into the earth while every bird, every wave on the quiet lake, became part of the same breath. Something shifted inside me. Even the taste of my breath felt different, a sweet bitterness I had never known, changing the alchemy of my body.
Then I wandered into the forest and found a small abandoned stone house. I lay naked on the cold floor, letting the silence wrap around me. For a moment, nothing else mattered. Solitude felt immense, almost unsettling, but deeply freeing.
I kept walking, collecting textures, shadows, and slow breaths. When the inhale is deep and the exhale just as slow, something extraordinary always happens. The trees seemed to fill me completely.
Before leaving, I visited my newest friend: a stone. Somehow it absorbs my pain and gives it back transformed. A gentle pressure on one part of the body echoes somewhere else until everything softens. I even introduced it to my children, and they loved spending a few quiet moments there with me.
Maybe I'm exaggerating. Or maybe nature really does know things we've forgotten.
A river is never the same twice.
Neither are you.
Nor is the breath.
Yet the act of sitting each day creates a continuity that silently transforms the one who practices.
Living la vida Rock
Shaking.
Drums pounding.
A few deep breaths to wake the body up.
Stretch the back.
Loosen the jaw.
And then...
Shake.
Let the legs tremble.
The ankles bounce.
The knees loosen as if shaking water off.
The hips begin to dance on their own.
The chest opens.
The arms fly without choreography.
The spine twists, circles, bends.
Forward.
Backward.
Again.
The drums get louder.
The body gets hotter.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to prove.
Just this moment.
Thirty minutes dedicated entirely to yourself.
To feeling every fiber of your being alive.
To letting freedom take over.
To stop performing and start expressing.
Shake harder.
Until the smile comes on its own.
Until the neck releases years of tension.
Until your whole body becomes rhythm.
Until something ancient inside you remembers how to be free.
And suddenly...
Peace.
The inevitable peace that comes after giving yourself completely to the moment.
You don't need to believe in anything.
You don't need to understand everything.
Just shake.
Let your being tremble.
Let your heart speak through movement.
If you've ever tried shaking, free movement, ecstatic dance, or anything that made you feel deeply alive, I'd love to hear about it.
I love exchanging experiences.
Move with freedom.
Live with intensity.
Express yourself with love.
Exploring the elements within me
Today began with a deep connection to Earth. A forest bike ride turned into a journey of presence - dismounting to move slowly, without haste, feeling the moisture, textures, and unconditional energy from the trees as I joyfully received their power.
Then water - a relaxing shower with a zen drum meditation, feeling nothingness, relaxing with each breath. Massaging my body as water helped ease the weight in my knees. The shifting sounds with my head submerged, then after that high-temperature bath, a brief cold shower to return to activity.
Afternoon brought a very slow walk, feeling the wind - its speed, quantity, freshness, how it affected my breath during the Om Ha Hum Vajra Guru Pema Siddhi Hum meditation. At the walk's peak, by the lake, I stretched under the sun and captured its rays through my hands, directly to my fontanelle, sealing a day of deep connection with nature, feeling each element within my body, without limits, from inside and inward.
Years ago, I chose freedom. I left the algorithmic anger and found my own thoughts again. On Nostr, I connect without the division. It's not about what they show me; it's about what I choose to see.
Feet on the ground. Fire in the soul.
Just observing. One moment, fully present. Feeling everything around you.

Time to โฟ.

I'm diving deep into breathwork and somatic healing, preparing for my retreat center dream in San Marcos la Laguna. Daily kriya yoga, CO2 tolerance training and trauma release techniques are rewiring my nervous system. Never felt this embodied before. My clients are already transforming through our fitness-breath-mobility sessions, and their joy fuels my confidence. In 12-13 years, I'll host retreats where others can breathe, feel their bodies, and reclaim vitality. This journey of self-discovery through breath has brought profound peace I never knew existed.
You are not your thoughts.
Who is the one watching them?
When the builder disappears,
the prison is gone.
Happy Monday, everyone!! ๐
Wishing you a week filled with happiness, strength, positivity, and love. Everything is good.
Have a fantastic week! ๐

There is so much pain on this planet, so much unconsciousness, megalomania, and destruction.
This cycle must change.
Acceptance is not weakness.
Acceptance dissolves the resistance that feeds the fury of unconsciousness.
Accept your life.
Accept others.
Accept what is happening right now.
Nothing more.
When we stop resisting reality, love has space to emerge.
โข less effort
โข more continuity
โข more refinement of perception
You are a way in which life can become conscious of itself.
