GM I've been away from my bananas for a while & while on this trip I was shown the importance of witnessing. You can only witness in the here & now, you can't witness while judging the past or worrying about the future. You can't bear witness while you're distracted by illusion. Day 17 since noticing the bud: Hands are still dropping, I counted 12 now but they're much smaller. I cleaned the bunch up a little - I cut off a few leaves & pulled the wilting petals off.
