GM It's day 27 since I noticed the flower forming on this bunch. It recently had a visit from a flying fox & it's damaged 10-15 bananas, the arrow is pointing at the damage from their claws. The claws damage the fruit which causes them to ripen sooner that the rest. I've covered the bunch in an ugly plastic bag to stop further damage & keep the bunch clean. It'a probably the last pic you'll get until harvest in 2 months. There's still tiny banana hands emerging from the bell.

Wow I just found out a good friend was caught up in the Nepal floods. 77 people were wrapped up in following Sadhguru (some spiritual guru). They apparently arrived at the border crossing just 10 mins before it was all swept away. She left a husband & 2 girls in theirs 20's to go on a yoga spiritual quest in Nepal.
