Gonna date myself here but I remember clearly during the first gulf war that the “scud” missile attacks on Israel by Iraq was televised and used as justification for the U.S. intervention and precipitated our initial airstrikes and subsequent ground campaign. Fast forward a generation and you see it happening again. History is repeating. Stack harder you sovereign few. Out.

Always a learning experience on the homestead! Chicken butchering day always has its moments and this morning was one of those days. Storms prevented us from starting early, the electric scalder wasn’t working properly so I had to revert to propane but we managed and had a great time. The kids have learned what it takes to grow your own food and how precious life is. #grownostr #homestead

Well…my copy of “The Gospel According to Bitcoin” arrived while I was out of town and the delivery guy missed the fact that we have a HUGE box labeled “UPS and FedEx” for such deliveries. I started work on my 1947 Ford 2N tractor the other day. It’s time for an engine rebuild. I enjoy the focus and concentration it takes to disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble. It’s a slow process but a great spare time activity. Not that I have a lot of spare time, but it’s a task that needs to be accomplished and checked off the list of to do’s. #grownostr
