What other node software should I try. Don’t trust verify but most people don’t have the time to spend hours maintaining a node that doesn’t easily work and I want to be self-sovereign imagine people that just want NGU. View quoted note →
I have a newer desktop running @Umbrel ☂️ it is still so buggy and slow I don’t understand how people use this? I restarted my node to enable access over TOR. It takes 10 minutes to restart and now my btc node and Electrs is taking another 10-15 to load. I tried to connect Zeus earlier and the LTC wallet didn’t display the QR code. Is there better software out there? This type of experience is never going to work “normal” people.

@Peter McCormack I know this is off brand and really like the side projects you have but would really like a pod or side thing on the music that made you. It is obviously a big part of you and would like to understand that more. Or let’s talk about shoes :)

Got my umbrel back up and running. Want to start getting some channels open and using self sovereign wallets for lightning. What do people recommend on umbrel and wallet wise @ODELL

Going to convert an old desktop into a more powerful node. What is do you think is best if I want to try umbrel again? My experience on Pi has been pretty poor with it.
