😸 nos.lol update - default rate limits doubled - less rate limits for low web of trust score pubkeys that are sending links or pictures

nostr.mom web of trust is going to start with women. this will make some algos favor opinions of women more. Algorithms like blocking the reported (implemented), blocking the muted (not yet implemented), or just making them post less (not yet implemented). who are the women that are trusted the most? those are going to be the 'root' and having the highest score. the follows of those and their follows will have less and less scores in each step..

building another pc for more play projects. incoming more possible things: llms, chad bots, premium relay that is run by a bot, discovery bot, ... turns out llama.cpp works with cheap high mem amd cards like mi60 thanks to vulkan support. this makes inference cheaper.
