As a Species we are going to have to wake up to the fact that printing money will only make our lives busier and busier. Fiat causes people to have multiple jobs just to be able to keep up. Human values like family are degrading rapidly because of this.

Just completed a 50 hour water fast. Had never skipped meals before so was interesting to run into cravings around meal times. Got through it and am now full of energy. Anyone else here doing regular fasts? #fastr #fasting #waterfast
