Resetting my circadian rhythm 🌞 3 days ago I arrived to El Salvador & this was the first sunrise that welcomed me, I couldn’t be more grateful 💐

Waking up in El Zonte this am 🌊 Time to self-care, chill & suuurf! I’m so grateful that I ended up travelling around the globe in the past month, it was a lot. A lot of everything. Yesterday I made a consideration, I was pretty much unable to talk all day cause my voice was gone (probably for the recirculated air in the planes) & so, thanks to that, I was really able to listen in a deep and conscious way all the conversations that were happing around me. Sometimes, when people are talking to me i feel that I put the 40% of my attention on thinking what I’m going to say next. But yesterday I was 100% a listener and it felt great. Silence is scary and awesome at the same time. #nature #photography

Good morning from San Salvador 🧡🇸🇻 I woke up at 2am and since then I didn’t close my eyes again.😵‍💫 Jet Lag at least allowed me to enjoy the coolest sunrise in a new country! First picture was at 5.41am and the 2nd at 5.10am 🌞 In 1 month I’ve been to the States, in Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, States again and now in El Salvador for @Adopting Bitcoin so definitely now I deserve the label that I put in my bio ✈️😂 #nature
