We also have potatoes and onions for 8-10 months. Overflow of these in season: Vegetables. Asparagus. Herbs. Tomatoes. Strawberries. Berries. Peaches, cherries, apples, pears. Nuts. Mushrooms. We invest surplus in the sharing economy in gifts and parties. We use approximately 30 minutes most days. And now and then a weekend. We buy grain for the hens and very little hay, seed and power.
