So I read last night that the Spurs shot 24 free throws compared to the Knicks' 8. The 2018 Western Conference Finals did it for me, with the refs. I vowed never to watch again, until refereeing is solved in the NBA. That 2018 Rockets team was unbelievable, led by Chris Paul and James Harden. The 2013 and 2014 Spurs were so fun to watch, loved those teams. Happy for the league and the fans though regardless of who wins The Finals 🏀

I'm going to discontinue the Wellbutrin tomorrow morning for days and see how that goes, per psychiatrist suggestion. What I'm doing now isn't working and it seems that while on Abilify, the Wellbutrin and Remeron, and Anxie-T supplement, are less effective if not detrimental to overall well being. Figuring it out as we go

And I do want to help break the stigma surrounding mental illness and psychiatric treatment. I've just personally had great experiences with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners versus MDs. Nurses are amazing

To whom it may concern: Abilify is one of the best psychiatric meds out there. I recommend it to those suffering with bipolar disorder and or schizoaffective disorder.

To who it may concern: Ryan George Jacobs loves psychiatric medication. He will stay on it forever to treat various mental disorders. Thank you very much.

Now is not the time for me to even consider stopping Abilify. It's fine, I don't have any negative side effects, and I'll continue taking it. I don't want to be conserved again. I'm listening to my psychiatrist and doing as I'm told ✔️#mentalpatient

Now I'm thinking of one Dr. Timothy J. Pylko. Every time I do I just start laughing. The docs at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena are a lot of fun. Dr. Pylko we should really hang out some time! The man has the best job in the world, and he's rolling in cash.

If you're a young attractive white woman with black ink all over your body, in the form of tattoos, that is what I will remember most about you. That you trashed yourself and your beautiful skin. At least in terms of appearance. But I still love that nurse and would like to meet her again.

Thinking of the young female nurse in Iowa City with tattoos right now, insisting to me that I was schizophrenic. Lol. She was actually great and the one nurse who was notably kind to me during that time. As I was on the verge of collapse every day. Fun times in the psych ward.🤪😜
