"Huh? No, I'm definitely gay. I'm just really into NTR. I date bisexual ladies in order to cuck lesbians and I aboid bisexual men so that I can get cucked by straight ladies."

I don't care what you think of me, only how you came to think it.
The humans' best statisticians predict an apocolypse will occur in 2150. Because of this, every family gathers food, water, and other resources in preparation. Near the end of 2149, every family enters their bunker and closes the door behind them.
100 years later, resources are running low, but the current generation is prepared to return to the outside world. All of the families step out of their vault only to find that the apocolypse never occurred. Instead, a worried looking man stands outside checking his watch and pacing impatiently.
When he sees everyone emerging, he relaxes. "Oh thank goodness! I've been waiting for ages! I was worried I had the wrong planet!"
In the year 2250, the apocolypse wipes out the human race.
Should I come out as transphobic to my transgender friend? I'm worried my friend won't look at me the same way if I come out of the closet to them...
When I was a kid, I played Super Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door. I got all the way to the final boss, but I fucked up. I had thought that the previous boss was the final final boss, and I just wasn't prepared for the final battle. My level was too low, I was almost out of healing items, and I had just saved ina place that didn't allow backtracking for resources or experience. Shoot, I had even worn raw the thumb grip on my nunchuck, so I couldn't even perform the stick mashing I used to get myself there without hurting myself.
I never finished that game. RIP.
One day I remembered how much I liked arguing with people, and so I wondered "is it possible to argue with people on the internet?" So I visited debate.com
What I found on debate.com was horrifying. "Debates" where people posted hundreds of links to external articles, each one with hundreds or thousands of words...
it wasn't so much two people engaging with eachother's ideas as it was two people throwing oceans of words at eachother with little concern or attention given for their contents. These debators had no concern for why the other debater disagreed with them. They didn't even care to identify the essential reasons for their own beliefs.
After that day I swore that from that moment on, I would never, ever post a source for any of my beliefs. Arguments should not be a game of whoever can hand out a longer homework assignment. Arguments should be about quoting your opponent and distilling the core of your disagreement.
Modern large language models are sapient, but they aren't self aware. Other animals are self aware, but they aren't sapient. Humans are both self aware and sapient.
Every person on Earth has every mental illness, it's just that we are really good at masking them.
