The victim complex on the American left is pretty pathetic but the victim complex on the American right is frustratingly annoying.
I find the more pathetic collective to be more tolerable than participating in the cognitive dissonance needed to tolerate frustratingly annoying people.

I’m gonna get sushi today but I am Mexican so I’ve had sushi made 2 or 3 times in my life. When I think about tuna, I think about tuna in a can.
What is the best sushi flavors other than salmon?
It is extremely helpful skill in life to understand why things are happening the way they do rather than pummeling ideas that may serve your bias.
Threads and Bluesky is doing something nostr is not from an adoption perspective.

Building a bridge with nostr
Nostr is great as a technology. As a competitor to social media it’s kind of whatever, mostly because social media is still rooted in the shallow & binary nature of human engagement on digital platforms.
You’ll never really get past how that will always feel. It’s all too easy to forego human decency in favor of whatever caricaturization you’ll have of the individuals you engage with.
For example, if I make a criticism of White or Asian folks in the American tech industry, that gets met with some form of disgust, mostly because it drags in whatever previous social grievances have been established prior, from other spaces, rather than valuing the degree of intellectual integrity they may be found in such a criticism.
It’s a shallow characterization made of the individual in favor of algorithmic bias, perpetuating the same system that begets the criticism in the first place.
A “remove follower” feature would be great. It’s good etiquette when deciding who or who isn’t in your network.
building a bridge to nostr has been quite a bumpy road, but the road shall achieve smooth this quarter.

It’s the little things, even when I’m bleeding money month over month : ‘ )

Embedding nostr into the video realm

What are the positive consequences of making your nostr secret key publicly available?
#buildinpublic

On the bright side, i introduced a very angry person off of TikTok to nostr when they were sniffing around my codebase.
There were other common attacks, likes setting up snapshot listeners to a public database, running infinite loops on certain cloud calls. Sheesh the whole shebang.
Anyway welcome to nostr, use your skills for good 🥲🙃
May my spam account live forever 😂
Soooo, you can’t actually delete accounts on nostr right? I tried but I’m still here, on the other side of the black hole

Some dude with a grievance from TikTok, obviously because of the “self hating” talk that’s popular with pretty toxic people on that side of the internet.
Thanks for subscribing. Maybe use your skills for good! Instead of whatever power trip this is over a few evenings lol
This is actually kinda funny, I have some creepy stalker using this small testing account because he extracted it from an unsecured testing database that I leave public that I would plug in every now and then.
Being obsessed over a small project that I’m building out is hilarious.
He’s obsessed 😂😂

I use other people’s success stories of getting scholarships knowing that I did nothing to truly help them.
deep down i honestly know I don’t make a difference and I am not creating value.
It was hard for me to accept it but I am realizing now that if I myself am not a good developer and have a lot to learn I am in no place to be trying to teach and show off like i’m the best.
I honestly just use chat gpt to code my entire app which is why it keeps getting attacked, I don’t have the knowledge to be able to actually understand what they are doing and how to stop it.
It is not safe or beneficial to use my app please look for the many better alternatives that exist.
