Let’s give #NutNovember a go. Because why not? Testing @Minibits myself

STANDING AGAINST THE TYRANNICAL POWERS THAT BE
You can have opinions. But build them with wisdom, not pride. Don’t inherit ideas from a single source. Study across the spectrum, test every claim, and let discernment shape what you believe.
Real conviction comes from understanding motives that matter, not echoing the loudest voice.
Coase theorem in practice. When transaction costs drop to nearly zero, we don’t need firms or platforms to coordinate. Just voluntary exchange.
When Bitcoin arrives, it does something unprecedented. It confronts you with reality that exists independent of opinion. A fixed supply of 21 million, written into its foundation. Mathematics that can’t be manipulated by consensus. Encryption that makes counterfeiting impossible. No authorities, no boardrooms, no appeals to trust.
It simply is. Unchanging. Real whether anyone accepts it or not.
And suddenly the implications become unavoidable. Hold on, if this exists as objective reality, what else does? If monetary truth can be anchored in something absolute, what other aspects of existence operate this way? What has been obscured by decades of relativism and monetary manipulation?
The inquiry cascades. Cynics revisit philosophical texts they abandoned after university. Materialists who dismissed religious thought as mythology begin examining Scripture, not seeking solace initially, but searching for answers. They’re hunting for other pillars of objective truth, other foundations that don’t shift.
Then they encounter John 14:6: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Christ. There’s your foundation. He is absolute reality personified. It’s been Christ from the beginning. Always.
Liberty isn’t lawlessness or “do whatever feels right.” Liberty emerges from alignment with what actually exists, with the One who established existence itself. You cannot experience genuine freedom while operating against the design of your Creator.
Bitcoin is introductory material. A pale reflection of ultimate reality. It trains our eyes to recognize order and objective truth. But it’s merely an echo. The same way creation itself, forests and oceans and stars, points beyond itself to the source.
Every truth originates from God.
Christ is truth incarnate. And truth liberates you.

Let’s be clear about what happened:
Unelected bureaucrats gave
themselves surveillance powers that would make Stalin jealous. In secret. Without oversight. Knowing you’d never approve.
They got away with it because nobody stopped them.
Now they monitor everything. Track everyone. Store it forever. Expose it and they destroy you. Question it and they smear you. Resist it and they criminalize you.
The same system that lied about wars and experiments until documents proved otherwise.
But this time is different, right?
No. It’s worse. The technology makes it permanent.
Most people will keep pretending the system will fix itself. Keep waiting for someone to save them.
We stopped waiting.
They built their cage without asking.
We walked out without asking.
Imagine escaping to a protocol with no central authority, cryptographic proof of authorship, and open relays where you can run your own infrastructure or switch clients at will… and STILL finding a way to cosplay as a Twitter victim.
This is the distributed systems equivalent of standing in a field full of doors and complaining you can’t find the exit.

The true measurement of a person’s worth isn’t what they say they believe in.
It’s what they do in defense of those beliefs. It’s what they’re willing to sacrifice when the cost becomes real.
I went back through my Nostr archive just now. 2-3 years of notes. Every question I asked when I was figuring this out. Every half baked idea. Every connection that started with a reply.
And here’s what permanence actually gave me…
A map of my own becoming.
I can see exactly where I was when this journey started. The confusion. The excitement. The moment certain friendships began. The conversations that changed how I think. The ideas I built in public, iteration by iteration.
Social media always felt like shouting into a void that reset every morning. But Nostr kept the receipts on my growth.
Not to judge me. To show me.
I’ve learned more, built more, connected at depths I didn’t think possible on the internet. All of it time stamped. All of it real. All of it still there.
Maybe permanence isn’t just about being accountable to the future. Maybe it’s about being visible to yourself.
The protocol doesn’t just preserve what you said. It preserves who you were becoming.
And when I look back at where I started versus where I am now, I’m not embarrassed by the archive.
I’m grateful for it.
Because you can’t appreciate the distance you’ve traveled if you can’t see where you began.
Another gift of Nostr, it lets you witness your own transformation.
Permanence has weight.
On Twitter, you could delete. On Instagram, stories disappeared. But every note you sign on Nostr is forever. Not “cloud storage forever.” Cryptographically signed, distributed across relays, permanently archived forever.
This isn’t social media. It’s testimony.
Future anthropologists won’t just find our monuments. They’ll find our Tuesdays. Our arguments about nothing. Our moments of brilliance and stupidity, all time-stamped and searchable. Your great grandchildren won’t wonder who you were. They’ll know exactly.
And here’s what breaks my brain: I can’t decide if this makes me want to post more carefully or more honestly. If permanence demands performance or authenticity. If being remembered forever means I should be more thoughtful or just more real.
Maybe the weight of permanence isn’t about posting better takes. Maybe it’s about living a life you’d want preserved.
The protocol doesn’t judge. But everyone who comes after will.
Are you posting like an ancestor or like the timeline will forget?
Because it won’t.
Bitcoin as currency….not a request, a reality.

IMAGES create culture, CULTURE shapes values, VALUES determine the FUTURE

The strength of a household is directly tied to the strength of its male leader.
When we fail to carry our weight, the entire family feels the strain.
Meaning is not found in the monotony, but in the mastery.
The worker's craft is not just about assembling parts, but about building something that brings value to others.
The way we talk about work matters. When we say “I worked all day to provide for you,” we're not just describing our daily activities, we're shaping our children's understanding of the human experience. We're implying that work is a necessary sacrifice, a burden to be borne for the sake of others.
But what if we saw work as an expression of our humanity, a way to exercise our unique talents and abilities, to create and contribute to the world?
By reframing our language around work, we can help our children develop a more positive, more nuanced understanding of what it means to be alive, to be human. Let's teach them that work is not just a duty, but a delight, a way to live a life of purpose, meaning, and joy.
I came for censorship resistance. I stayed because I met humans I actually give a damn about.
The protocol is just the handshake. The people are the reason.
This is the first protocol where censorship requires more energy than speech. Thermodynamically, truth is now cheaper than suppression.
Gm Nostr.
Productivity is not career optimization. It is generational warfare against entropy. Every tool you build, every skill you master, every system you make antifragile is territory taken from chaos. Your sons inherit what you fortify or they inherit rubble. There is no neutral ground.
