Gm Nostr! Your circle gets smaller every year. Took me a while to stop seeing that as a problem. It isn’t one. It’s just what happens when you start paying attention to who’s there for you and who’s there for what you’ve got. Some people are looking for a way in. Money, usually. Sometimes your name. They’re not in a hurry and will wait it out. So don’t hand out the keys. The stuff worth protecting was given to you to protect. Your family. Your name. A little quiet at the end of the day. Keep it small. Keep the ones whose character runs deeper than their talk.
