The device in our hand is fragile. It is a solitary confinement cell for the ego. The moment we stopped performing for the algorithm, the illusion shattered. The awakening happens when we realize we have been feeding a phantom. When we break through the screen, we are breaking the contract with the character. We crawl out of the curated feed and touch the raw earth of reality.

“Everything is moving and vibrating…” This is the pulse behind every ancient wisdom tradition. Hinduism calls it the dance of Shiva… Taoism calls it the flow of Yin and Yang… even physics agrees nothing is solid, everything is energy in motion… atoms dancing… quanta flickering alive. The Sufis say: “God sleeps in the rock, dreams in the plant, stirs in the animal, and awakens in man.” Movement = awakening = aliveness = closeness to the Divine. And Christianity affirms this too… “The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Creation began with motion… with breath… with vibration. Now read this slowly… “Perfect balance just might be death.” Perfect, absolute balance is stillness. No tension, no desire, no longing… the zero point. Nirvana calls it the flame blown out… Kabbalah calls it Ain Soph, where the ego dissolves…Revelation describes perfect peace…no more tears, no more sea, no more chaos… but also no more becoming. So the message is simple. Life is imbalance… Life is the stumble… Life is the tension between opposites, the breath in and out, the heartbeat, the soul reaching for God while God reaches back. Even Jesus chose motion over stillness…walking on stormy waters, moving toward the broken, calling the dead to rise, disrupting stagnation everywhere He went. Life is movement. Faith is movement. Spirit is movement. Perfect stillness is the return to the One… the end of the little self… the ultimate rest. But while you’re here, in this world, in this body… Keep vibrating. Keep falling off balance and finding your center again. That friction… that movement… that holy unrest… Is how the Divine experiences itself through you. The dance is the point… Stillness is the end of the song…and the beginning of another. Today, choose one thing that pulls your soul forward… one step, one prayer, one act of courage that breaks your stillness and brings you back into motion. To be free, we have to do the one thing we avoid the most… acknowledge our resistance. Not the fear. Not the excuses. Not the stories we tell ourselves. The resistance. The part of us that clings to old patterns because they feel safe… even when they’re the very thing keeping us small. Freedom isn’t a breakthrough. It’s an admission. The moment you stop fighting the truth of what you avoid… everything shifts. Call it out. Name it. Walk through it. That’s where Freedom lives.

It felt like the world paused the moment we pulled into Walt Disney World . When my BF was eight, cancer stole his childhood and Make A Wish Foundation handed him one moment of magic in the middle of fear. Back then he didn’t know if he’d grow up… if he’d beat it… if he’d ever get the chance to come back. Twenty seven years later, I’m seeing it for the very first time, and he’s seeing it again with the life he fought for. As the gates came into view, neither of us said a word. We didn’t need to. The emotion hit both of us at once… the quiet gratitude, the healing, the awe of how far life can carry you. Thank You, God, for this man… for his strength… and for letting me stand beside him in moments like this. ❤️
