I know that some of you don’t understand why bitcoiners are so mean to each other because you’re new here and that’s okay But one day you will understand and you’ll look back on this period of time and take it all so much less personally and you’ll realize that you actually needed to lighten up to survive this counter culture

Allow me to be more clear: I have no reason to believe that any of the public facing open source devs or public facing bitcoiners that I currently follow or interact with regularly have anything to worry about because I feel confident that they aren’t implicated despite how bad the optics are right now Everyone is being given an opportunity to clear their names and get ahead of ANY OTHER NEWS THAT MAY COME OUT

Okay at least Amir addressed the fact that he was in the emails with a response that actually sounds plausibly like him… So did Jeremy. So do Luke. Why isn’t everyone!?! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US OG BITCOINERS that is either in the emails or those of us who have publicly interacted with each other (+ one of us being in the emails) should be addressing this to clear our names. There is no reason not to get ahead of this if you have nothing to hide.
